Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a UPS Driver with no prior experience required, you complete UPS's comprehensive paid driver training program before operating a package car independently — covering vehicle operation, safety methods, customer service standards, and DIAD device use in a structured environment that prepares every new driver for success on their first solo day.
- Paid Driver Training Program: Complete UPS's multi-week driver training curriculum — including classroom safety instruction, supervised vehicle operation, and accompanied route observation days — fully paid from your first day of training through your first solo route assignment.
